Chapter 539 - Irrigation Districts
NRS 539.320 - Obligation of district in case of default of land.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 539.320 (2019)
Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to relieve the district from its obligation to pay as a district in case of the default of any land, unless so provided by the contract between the district and the United States.
