Chapter 539 - Irrigation Districts
NRS 539.267 - Performance of acts necessary to carry out enlarged powers.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 539.267 (2019)
The board of directors shall generally perform all such acts as shall be necessary to carry out the enlarged powers enumerated in NRS 539.270, 539.273 and 539.333.
