Chapter 539 - Irrigation Districts
NRS 539.090 - Legal meeting: Attendance of all members.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 539.090 (2019)
Whenever all members of the board are present at a meeting the same shall be deemed a legal meeting and any lawful business may be transacted.
