Chapter 539 - Irrigation Districts
NRS 539.057 - Conclusiveness of record of county commissioners concerning proceedings.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 539.057 (2019)
The record of the board of county commissioners of the proceedings had and taken by it under the provisions of this chapter shall be, in the absence of fraud, conclusive evidence of the matters and things therein recited.
