Chapter 534 - Underground Water and Wells
NRS 534.015 - “Recharged water” defined.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 534.015 (2019)

“Recharged water” means water that reaches or percolates into an aquifer or system of aquifers:

1. Through natural processes;

2. By secondary recharge as a result of beneficial uses; or

3. Artificially through facilities specifically constructed for that purpose.
