Chapter 534 - Underground Water and Wells
NRS 534.0125 - “Augmentation” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 534.0125 (2019)
“Augmentation” means to increase the volume of stored water in a system of aquifers by artificially introducing water into that system.
