Chapter 533 - Adjudication of Vested Water Rights; Appropriation of Public Waters
NRS 533.330 - Application limited to water of one source for one purpose; individual domestic use may be included.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 533.330 (2019)
No application shall be for the water of more than one source to be used for more than one purpose; but individual domestic use may be included in any application with the other use named.
