Chapter 520 - Mining Corporations and Partnerships
NRS 520.210 - Transfer of interests of members: Operation and effect.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 520.210 (2019)
One of the partners in a mining partnership may convey his or her interest in the mine and business without dissolving the partnership. The purchaser, from the date of the purchase, becomes a member of the partnership.
