Chapter 520 - Mining Corporations and Partnerships
NRS 520.190 - Lien of members on property of partnership.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 520.190 (2019)
Each member of a mining partnership has a lien on the partnership property for the debts due the creditors thereof, and for money advanced by the member for its use.
