Chapter 504 - Management and Propagation
NRS 504.185 - Inapplicability to certain alternative livestock and game mammals.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 504.185 (2019)
The provisions of this section and NRS 504.155 and 504.165 do not apply to:
1. Alternative livestock; or
2. Game mammals not native to this State,
that are held in captivity for purposes other than as required by the Department.
