NRS 484B.007 - “Administrative roadblock” defined.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 484B.007 (2019)

“Administrative roadblock” means any structure, device or means used by police officers to control all traffic through a point on the highway whereby all vehicles may be slowed or stopped for a lawful purpose other than identifying the occupants of the vehicles or an emergency.
