Chapter 482B - Alternative Electronic Transportation Systems
NRS 482B.035 - “Premises to which the public has access” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 482B.035 (2019)
“Premises to which the public has access” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 484A.185, except the term does not include property located upon a public or privately owned airport or any property owned, leased, controlled or managed by a public or privately owned airport.
