Chapter 466 - Horse Racing
NRS 466.095 - Issuance of license to conduct dog racing or pari-mutuel wagering in connection with certain dog racing prohibited.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 466.095 (2019)
The Nevada Gaming Commission shall not issue any license to conduct dog racing or pari-mutuel wagering in connection with dog racing pursuant to this chapter. This section does not prohibit off-track pari-mutuel wagering on dog racing pursuant to chapter 464 of NRS.
