Chapter 466 - Horse Racing
NRS 466.045 - Certain financial interests of member of Board or Commission prohibited.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 466.045 (2019)
No member of the Board or Commission may own or otherwise have a financial interest in any horse which is entered in any race meet licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
