Chapter 466 - Horse Racing
NRS 466.028 - “Pari-mutuel wagering” defined.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 466.028 (2019)

“Pari-mutuel wagering” means a system of placing wagers on a horse race whereby the wager is placed at a window and equipment is used to pay a person’s winnings in the precise amount of money wagered by persons who did not win, after deducting taxes owed and commissions charged by the race track.
