Chapter 466 - Horse Racing
NRS 466.015 - Purpose of chapter.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 466.015 (2019)
The purposes of this chapter are to encourage the breeding of horses in this state, to produce an additional source of revenue for this state and to protect the general public.
