Chapter 463 - Licensing and Control of Gaming
NRS 463.0163 - “Hearing examiner” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 463.0163 (2019)
“Hearing examiner” means a member of the Nevada Gaming Control Board or Nevada Gaming Commission or other person authorized by the Nevada Gaming Control Board or Nevada Gaming Commission to conduct investigative hearings.
