Chapter 463 - Licensing and Control of Gaming
NRS 463.0153 - “Gaming” and “gambling” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 463.0153 (2019)
“Gaming” or “gambling” means to deal, operate, carry on, conduct, maintain or expose for play any game as defined in NRS 463.0152, or to operate an inter-casino linked system.
