NRS 461A.080 - Administration of chapter.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 461A.080 (2019)
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 461A.110, the provisions of this chapter shall be administered by the Division, subject to administrative supervision by the Director of the Department of Business and Industry.
