NRS 461A.030 - “Agency for enforcement” and “agency” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 461A.030 (2019)
“Agency for enforcement” or “agency” means the Division or the city or county which has responsibility for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted under it.
