Chapter 461 - Manufactured Buildings
NRS 461.270 - Penalties.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 461.270 (2019)
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or any regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $2,500 or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or by both fine and imprisonment.
