Chapter 461 - Manufactured Buildings
NRS 461.220 - Power of Division to require tests or proof of compliance.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 461.220 (2019)
Whenever there is definite evidence that any material, appliance, device, arrangement, system or method of construction does not conform to the standards set by the regulations of the Division, it may require tests or proof of compliance to be made at the expense of the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s agent, subject to a right of appeal.
