Chapter 461 - Manufactured Buildings
NRS 461.150 - “Residential building” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 461.150 (2019)
“Residential building” means any structure designed solely for dwelling occupancy, containing one or more dwelling units and structures accessory thereto.
