Chapter 461 - Manufactured Buildings
NRS 461.110 - “Installation” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 461.110 (2019)
“Installation” means the assembly of any factory-built housing or any manufactured building on-site and the process of affixing such factory-built housing or manufactured building to land, a foundation, footings or an existing building.
