Chapter 459 - Hazardous Materials
NRS 459.888 - Administrator may collect fee to defray costs of administering Fund.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 459.888 (2019)
The Administrator may impose and collect a fee, in an amount established by the Commission by regulation, from each recipient that receives financial assistance from the Fund. The fee must be used to defray the costs of administering the Fund.
