NRS 459.882 - Limitations regarding expenditures from money from federal grant.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 459.882 (2019)
With regard to the money from the federal grant in the Fund, the Administrator shall not spend more than the federally approved amounts for the administration and fiscal or financial oversight of the Fund.
