Chapter 459 - Hazardous Materials
NRS 459.822 - Department designated as state agency for regulation of storage tanks.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 459.822 (2019)
The Department is hereby designated to act as the state agency for the purpose of federal laws and regulations governing storage tanks and it may take any action necessary to secure the benefits of any federal law relating to storage tanks.
