Chapter 459 - Hazardous Materials
NRS 459.628 - “Remedial agreement” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 459.628 (2019)
“Remedial agreement” means an agreement between a participant and the Division specifying the action to be taken to remove or remedy hazardous substances present on an eligible property.
