Chapter 459 - Hazardous Materials
NRS 459.620 - “Hazardous substance” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 459.620 (2019)
“Hazardous substance” means a substance or combination of substances whose presence gives rise to liability or potential liability on the part of an owner or operator pursuant to NRS 459.537 or 42 U.S.C. § 9607(a).
