NRS 459.575 - Subpoenas.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 459.575 (2019)
In carrying out the provisions of NRS 459.400 to 459.560, inclusive, the Commission, the Department and the Attorney General may by subpoena require the attendance and testimony of witnesses and the production of reports, papers, documents and other evidence which they deem necessary.
