NRS 459.480 - Delegation of responsibility for enforcement of NRS 459.400 to 459.600, inclusive.

The Department may delegate responsibility for the enforcement of NRS 459.400 to 459.600, inclusive, or any regulations adopted pursuant to those sections to suitably qualified agencies of the political subdivisions of this State.
