Chapter 459 - Hazardous Materials
NRS 459.435 - “Management of hazardous waste” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 459.435 (2019)
“Management of hazardous waste” means the systematic control of the generation, collection, storage, transportation, processing, treatment, recovery and disposal of hazardous waste.
