NRS 459.3862 - “Committee” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 459.3862 (2019)
As used in NRS 459.3862 to 459.3868, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “Committee” means a Committee to Oversee the Management of Risks, created pursuant to NRS 459.3864.
