Chapter 459 - Hazardous Materials
NRS 459.350 - Person exempt from licensing may be required to observe or perform remedial work.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 459.350 (2019)
The State Board of Health may require persons who are exempt from licensing to monitor or perform remedial work with respect to by-product material or uranium or thorium on their property and to obey such other regulations as the Board deems necessary to protect health or minimize danger to life or property.
