Chapter 459 - Hazardous Materials
NRS 459.260 - Impounding of sources of ionizing radiation by Division. [Effective through December 31, 2019.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 459.260 (2019)
In the event of an emergency, the Division may impound, or order the impounding of, sources of ionizing radiation in the possession of any person who is not equipped to observe, or who fails to observe, any provision of NRS 459.010 to 459.290, inclusive, or any rules or regulations issued under NRS 459.010 to 459.290, inclusive.
