NRS 459.020 - State agency for control of radiation.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 459.020 (2019)
The Division is hereby designated as the state radiation control agency, and is authorized to take all action necessary or appropriate to carry out the provisions of NRS 459.010 to 459.290, inclusive.
