NRS 459.004 - Bylaws, rules and regulations filed with Secretary of State.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 459.004 (2019)
Pursuant to Article II (j) of the Compact, the Western Interstate Nuclear Board shall file copies of its bylaws, rules and regulations, and of any amendments thereto, with the Secretary of State.
