NRS 458.110 - Additional powers of Division.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 458.110 (2019)
In addition to the activities set forth in NRS 458.025 to 458.115, inclusive, the Division may engage in any activity necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter.
