Chapter 457 - Cancer
NRS 457.210 - Penalty for false representation of device, substance or treatment as effective to arrest or cure cancer.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 457.210 (2019)
Every person convicted of willfully and falsely representing a device, substance or treatment as effective to arrest or cure cancer is guilty of a misdemeanor.
