NRS 447.180 - Disposal of garbage and rubbish.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 447.180 (2019)
Every hotel shall have sanitary facilities for the storage and disposal of garbage, and no garbage or rubbish shall be permitted to accumulate and be or become a nuisance in a hotel or on the hotel premises.
