Chapter 447 - Public Accommodations
NRS 447.007 - “Health authority” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 447.007 (2019)
“Health authority” means:
1. The officers and agents of the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services; or
2. The officers and agents of the local boards of health.
