NRS 441A.710 - Clinical abstract to accompany order.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 441A.710 (2019)
The order for involuntary court isolation or quarantine of any person to a medical facility, public or private, must be accompanied by a clinical abstract, including a history of illness, diagnosis and treatment, and the names of relatives or correspondents.
