NRS 441A.690 - Fees and mileage for witnesses.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 441A.690 (2019)
Witnesses subpoenaed under the provisions of NRS 441A.510 to 441A.720, inclusive, shall be paid the same fees and mileage as are paid to witnesses in the courts of the State of Nevada.
