Chapter 441A - Infectious Diseases; Toxic Agents
NRS 441A.400 - Inspection of records of facility where patients are treated.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 441A.400 (2019)
The health authority may inspect and must be given access to all records of every institution and clinic, both public and private, where patients who have tuberculosis are treated at public expense.
