Chapter 441A - Infectious Diseases; Toxic Agents
NRS 441A.350 - Establishment and support of clinics.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 441A.350 (2019)
The health authority may establish such clinics as it believes are necessary for the prevention and control of, and for the treatment and cure of, persons who have tuberculosis and provide those clinics with financial or other assistance within the limits of the available appropriations and any other resources.
