NRS 441A.270 - Instruction of patients on prevention and treatment of disease.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 441A.270 (2019)
A physician, clinic or dispensary providing treatment to a person who has a sexually transmitted disease shall instruct the person in the methods of preventing the spread of the disease and in the necessity of systematic and prolonged treatment.
