Chapter 441A - Infectious Diseases; Toxic Agents
NRS 441A.250 - Establishment and support of clinics and dispensaries.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 441A.250 (2019)
The health authority may establish and provide financial or other support to such clinics and dispensaries as it believes are reasonably necessary for the prevention, control, treatment or cure of sexually transmitted diseases.
