Chapter 441A - Infectious Diseases; Toxic Agents
NRS 441A.110 - “Provider of health care” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 441A.110 (2019)
“Provider of health care” means a physician, nurse or veterinarian licensed in accordance with state law or a physician assistant licensed pursuant to chapter 630 or 633 of NRS.
