Chapter 440 - Vital Statistics
NRS 440.560 - Interment without burial permit prohibited.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 440.560 (2019)
No sexton or other person in charge of any premises in which interments are made shall inter or permit the interment or other disposition of any body unless it is accompanied by a burial, removal or transit permit as provided in this chapter.
