Chapter 432A - Services and Facilities for Care of Children
NRS 432A.560 - Provider required to conduct program in compliance with statutes and regulations.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 432A.560 (2019)
The provider of an outdoor youth program shall ensure that the program is conducted in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
